Aquarium helps rehab cold-stunned sea turtles

The National Aquarium in Baltimore is part of a massive effort along the East Coast to rescue and rehabilitate sea turtles suffering from what’s known as cold stunning, a problem that officials said is worse than ever this year.

Several sea turtles are currently swimming and enjoying their stay in the pools at the National Aquarium. They all were rescued from Cape Cod, where they were suffering from cold stunning, which is like hypothermia in humans.
