New exhibit brings dwarf caimans to aquarium in Draper

DRAPER, Utah — Visitors to the Loveland Living Planet Aquarium in Draper can take in a new exhibit as of Saturday, and the addition to the facility features some crocodile-like creatures.

The new dwarf caiman exhibit is the latest addition to the “Journey to South America” portion of the aquarium. A male and a female live in the exhibit, and the species generally grows to only about 3-feet in length. The species is in the alligator family of the Crocodilia order of reptiles.
