SC Aquarium, restaurant to host ‘conscious’ seafood dinner

Anson Restaurant in historic downtown Charleston is partnering with the South Carolina Aquarium on October 20, 2011 at 6:30 p.m. to celebrate seafood caught in an environmentally conscious way. Diners will enjoy a delectable four-course meal paired with wine, prepared by Executive Chef Jeremy Holst, featuring fresh regionally caught fish.
